A Grassroots Football Club at the Heart of the Community
Feniscowles & Pleasington Junior Football Club is a proud FA accredited grassroots football club based in Blackburn, Lancashire. Since being established in 2006, the club has been dedicated to providing local children with the opportunity to play football, develop their skills and enjoy the game in a safe and supportive environment.
Run entirely by passionate volunteers, the club was created to give young players from the local community a place to learn, grow and build confidence through sport. Over the years, Feniscowles & Pleasington JFC has grown into a well-established youth football club with 14 teams across multiple age groups, offering football opportunities for children aged Under 7 through to Under 18.
Within the local football community the club is often affectionately known as the “Fenny Reccers”, a nickname that reflects the club’s long-standing connection with the Feniscowles & Pleasington War Memorial Recreation Ground, where many of our teams play their home matches.
